"Really clean and well looked after"
Went to The Snow Centre last weekend and I was actually really impressed with how clean it all was. The changing area, toilets, and cafe were all tidy and well looked after, even though it was busy. I didn’t notice any mess left around, and the staff seemed to be keeping on top of things the whole time. It actually makes such a difference when you’re there with kids and loads of gear. Would happily go back.

"Great for Beginners"
I was nervous going in, but honestly... the instructor made everything feel really easy to follow. The pace was good, and, you know, I felt totally fine even as a complete beginner

"Nice little stop after our session"
We grabbed some chips and a hot chocolate after our session, around the time we were winding down, and both were spot on. The staff were really nice too. no complaints from me.

"Loved how friendly everyone was"
I’m probably a bit biased because friendly service really makes or breaks a place for me, but the staff here were genuinely lovely. Everyone I spoke to was helpful and welcoming, which made the whole experience so much nicer. Thanks!

"Really patient instructor"
The instructor was really patient and explained everything in a way that actually made sense. I was a little confused at first, but they took the time to walk through it clearly. Did anyone else have the same issue at the beginning?

"Quick help, even though I mixed up the dates"
I had a question about my booking because I’d completely confused myself over the timing and what day I’d actually booked for. They got back to me really quickly, explained everything clearly, and sorted it out without any hassle. Really happy with the help.

"Skis were fine, boots not so much"
The skis worked fine for me, no real issues there. The boots, though, felt worn out and not super comfortable. Like, you could tell they’ve been used a lot.

"So Much Space, It’s Almost Ridiculous"
There’s loads of space, way more than I expected. Everything was super easy to use too, which made the whole experience feel effortless. I was half expecting some hassle, but nope, it was almost too easy!

"Kids Had a Great Time, Surprisingly"
I’ll be honest, I was a little suspicious at first about how well my two kids would do with a ski lesson, but they both came out smiling. The instructor was patient, kept things fun, and somehow got them feeling confident out there. Now they keep asking when we can go back, so I guess that says enough.

"Felt Safe Overall"
I felt safe the whole time, which was good. The only thing was the signs were a little confusing in places, like I had to stop and think for a second where I was supposed to go. Not a huge issue, just... could be clearer maybe

"Really Easy to Book"
I booked a session on thesnowcentre.com and it was super easy to do. The dates and times were really clear, and paying took hardly any time at all. I also liked that it showed exactly what I was booking before I hit confirm, which made it feel straightforward. The email came through straight away too, so there was no stress. Really nice and simple, I’d definitely use it again.

"Refund finally came through"
I did get my refund in the end, but it took longer than I expected and the whole process felt more frustrating than it needed to be. Glad it’s sorted now, but it wasn’t exactly a smooth experience.

This was disappointing. We spent what felt like forever waiting around, and by the time we actually got on the snow, it was barely worth it. The whole setup felt like it was being run by a bunch of amateurs who had no clue how to keep things moving

"Finally stopped panicking on turns"
I took a ski lesson here last week, kind of on a whim because I was already in the area and had some time before meeting friends for dinner. it made a huge difference. I kept making the same mistakes over and over, and the instructor explained things in a way that actually clicked for me. By the end of the lesson, I felt so much steadier and could turn without immediately freaking out. I’m definitely not magically amazing now, but compared to how I was when I showed up, it was a big improvement.

"Decent changing rooms, pretty much what you'd expect"
Used the changing rooms at The Snow Centre and they were generally alright. I always notice the same things in places like this, whether the lockers actually work, if there’s enough space, and how bad the floor gets once people start coming off the snow. On that front, it was mostly good. The lockers were fine, it felt clean enough, and there was enough room when I was there. The floor was a bit wet in a few spots, but that seems hard to avoid in a snow place. Showers looked decent too. Not perfect, but definitely better than a few other places I’ve used. I’d give it 4 stars.

"Such a fun family day out!"
We took the kids to The Snow Centre and had such a great time! The staff were really patient with them and never made us feel rushed, which made the whole thing so much easier :) Everything felt safe, well organised, and simple to get sorted. The kids are already asking when we can go back… so I think that says it all!

"Not my best visit this time"
I’ve been here a few times before, but this visit wasn’t great. The snow felt really icy in some spots and then kind of slushy lower down, so yeah, it just wasn’t that fun to ride. The staff were fine, no issues there, but the slope conditions sort of let the whole experience down for me.

"Totally Worth It!"
This was so worth the money! I felt like I spent forever on the slope in the best way possible, and I was absolutely loving every second of it. Such a fun experience!

"Better than I expected, even if it felt a bit boxed in"
I went last weekend the slope was in really good shape. The snow felt smooth and wasn’t too icy, so it was easy to just relax and enjoy it. Since it’s indoors, I did feel a little trapped after a while, like you’re very aware you’re inside, but the actual skiing was way better than I expected. I’d definitely go again.
